Highly Recommend Stellar Floor Covering!
I stopped into Stellar Floor Covering while looking for flooring for an upcoming project and was greeted right away by Craig. I told him I was just browsing, and he immediately made me feel comfortable—no pressure at all. He let me look around and only checked back in to let me know he was available if I had questions, which was really refreshing. Most stores these days have pushy salespeople or make you feel like you’re wasting their time if you’re “just looking.” Craig was the complete opposite. He gave me space, zero pressure, and genuinely great customer service. Once I narrowed down a few samples, Craig took the time to explain the differences, pros and cons, and what would actually work best for my project. When he said “follow me,” I expected him to upsell me—but instead, he walked past the expensive options and showed me a beautiful waterproof floor with a great warranty, a 22 mil wear layer, made in America, and stain resistant for only $2.89 per sq ft. I was honestly shocked—in the best way. Craig also offered an in-home assessment to measure everything and explain exactly what was needed from start to finish. With over 20 years of experience, his knowledge really showed. The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and he even followed up after installation to make sure everything was perfect. Huge shoutout to Craig and Tracey for making us feel valued and not just like another customer. The customer service at Stellar Floor Covering was top-notch from beginning to end. If I could give them 10 stars, I would Highly recommend checking them out and asking for Craig!

They did excellent work in our grooming salon downtown. I was really impressed with the attention to detail. Everyone in their team were really professional and easy to work with. They helped us with quotes on multiple types of flooring and I was very pleased with our final choice. We have an older building so I was a bit nervous but the results were impressive, even the detail around the front doorway was perfect.
